What is RUOK?

R U OK is a not-for-profit suicide prevention organization founded by 2 Australians in 2009.

Each year it is estimated that thousands of Australians attempt to take their own life.

Each year in Australia over 2,000 succeed.

RUOK aims to bring awareness to those suffering and to help family and friends with practical ways to connect and support their loved ones who are struggling with life.

RUOK day this year is on 11th September.
